The deadline for nominations for the 2013 District Hall of Fame class was March 20. That deadline has passed, so nominations for this year are mow closed. Nominations for the 2014 will begin in January of that year.
Nominees to the District Hall of Fame must be individuals who are former students, former staff members, or current or former members of the district's community. They should be individuals who have made great contributions to our school district, either through their work in the district as a student, teacher, school board member, administrator or other staff member, or volunteer, or individuals who have brought honor and pride to the district through their professional work or other community service. All nominees who are former students must have graduated from Forest Lake Area Schools prior to 2010.
Anyone can nominate someone for the Hall of Fame, and self-nominations will also be accepted. To nominate someone, please download the following form and fill it out completely.
You can submit the nomination by either emailing the completed PDF form or by printing it out and mailing it througn normal U.S. mail.
To email it to us, please use the following steps: 1) Click on the link above and the PDF form should appear; 2) Save this file to your computer (on the desktop or other easy-to-find location). This may require you to go to "File" on the top bar of your PDF program and click on "Save As"; 3) Fill out the form completely and then re-save it (again, you may have to click on "Save As".); 3) Create a new email; 4) Save the completed PDF file as an attachment to your email; 4) Send the email to Connie Ramberg at email@example.com.
If you wish, you can also just print out the form, fill it out by hand or on a typewriter and mail it to the district office.
