Summer Registration
We provide a high quality childcare with a variety of fun, stimulating, and enriching opportunities for school age children in a safe environment. We strive to create meaningful experiences for children that compliment the school day.
During the school year, childcare services are offered at the elementary schools in the Forest Lake Area School District. Kids' Club provides care before and after school to children in kindergarten through sixth grade. SAC is also available to enrolled participants on most non-school days at a limited number of sites.

Steps Ahead Childcare located at the Central Learning Center and Lino Lakes Elementary Stem School. Steps Ahead is a comprehensive pre-kindergarten experience for 4 and 5 year olds. Children will participate in group activities, guided play and learning activities in language, literacy, math, science and physical/motor development. Children may choose to attend preschool with the Early Childhood Program. While building social and personal skills, children will gain independence and confidence as early learners.

Sonic during the school year is a program for youth in grades 4-6.
Located at each of our SAC sites. Activities will encourage students to develop new skills and purse interests while providing a place to hang out with friends in a safe, supervised environment.
Summer Sonic is for youth who have completed grades 4-7.
During the summer, Sonic is usually offered at the same three sites that SAC is offered.
Sonic provides excellent care for the older students.
Sonic offers clubs, field trips and service opportunities in the community that are initiated by the students in the program.
