Curriculum
A school district's curriculum is at the heart of the educational process. It is the substance and essence of what is being taught, and great efforts are made to ensure that all material taught in our classrooms is appropriate and educationally valuable to our students.
Our school district has long maintained a curriculum review process that encourages input from parents, students and members of the community. We research and evaluate new material and new resources that are availlable and carefully analyze and scrutinize it before making it part of our permanent curriculum.
This page will provide links to our curriculum review process and also links to some of the material that is being used in our classrooms. While it would be nearly impossible to post all of the curriculum material used by all of our teachers and students, we are posting as much as we can in the hope that parents, students and members of the community can get a good sense of great resources that our students are accessing in our classrooms.
